Azerbaijan expert Tatevik Hayrapetyan's Telegram post read: "Therefore, I was right in my prediction. As the Armenian Ministry of Defense stated, an Azerbaijani serviceman was found and arrested on the territory of Armenia. I am confident that they did not get lost; they came for intelligence purposes. Indeed, I hope they will not be returned easily and smoothly, especially considering that many of our prisoners of war are still in Baku."

It is noteworthy that an Azerbaijani entered the home of a resident in one of the villages of Sisian, spoke in Armenian, and then fled.
