The U.S. is Ready to Send Troops to Taiwan: Michael McCall
The U.S. is prepared to send its troops to Taiwan if China invades the island. This was stated by Michael McCall, the chairman of the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee, in an interview with Fox News.
“It’s about the authorized use of military force, which would be established by my committee, or a declaration of war, which we haven’t used since World War II. I believe if China invades Taiwan, which I think it will, the American people will support sending troops, and Congress will follow suit,” he remarked.
