North Korea Tests Second Underwater Drone

Pyongyang has tested a second underwater drone capable of carrying nuclear warheads this week. According to 1tv.ge, the information was reported by Deutsche Welle, citing North Korean state media.

The North Korean Central News Agency stated, "The National Defense Science and Research Institute conducted testing of an underwater strategic weapon system from April 4 to 7 in North Korea." Pyongyang announced that the autonomous drone traveled over a thousand kilometers in 71 hours and destroyed a training target.

According to their data, the tests confirmed the reliability and strike capabilities of the underwater strategic weapon system.
