Owner, Director, and Chief Accountant of ‘Nor Zovq’ Released

The owner, director, and chief accountant of ‘Nor Zovq’ have been released. This information has been reported by ‘Sputnik Armenia’.

It is worth noting that, according to a statement from the Investigative Committee, a criminal proceeding has been initiated regarding apparent tax violations committed by ‘Nor Zovq’ LLC, specifically through the use of information technologies to significantly reduce reported revenue and evade tax obligations.

According to the case, factual data has been obtained indicating that A.A., the owner of 100% shares of ‘Nor Zovq’ LLC, in preliminary agreement with the responsible individuals of the company, including Director R.A. and Chief Accountant S.S., aimed not to pay taxes in particularly large amounts totaling 4,127,611,164 AMD from 2019 to 2023 by introducing distorted information into the tax calculations of ‘Nor Zovq’ LLC, thereby concealing the taxable objects.

In an effort to achieve this criminal intent without impediment, hide all income received from ‘Nor Zovq’ LLC stores, and simultaneously control the actual revenue, a software development company was involved during the years 2019-2023, which, upon the owner's instruction and for payment, provided the necessary tools and means of information technology to facilitate the crime. Specifically, a commercial program has been implemented in the network of stores belonging to ‘Nor Zovq’ LLC, which has been integrated with a concealed electronic server system.
