David Amaryan Purchases Moscow's Metropolis from American Investors

Balchug Capital, a fund from Armenia, has purchased Metropolis, one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in Moscow, from American investors, according to a press release from IBC Real Estate. The amount of the transaction has not been disclosed.

Previously, Balchug Capital acquired the Pulkovo Sky business center in Saint Petersburg from Finnish shareholders. The total area of the business center is 76,000 square meters.

Balchug Capital was established in 2010, and its leader and founder is David Amaryan, who began his financial career in the United States and currently lives and works in Armenia.
