VIDEO: Streets of St. Petersburg Flooded with Boiling Water, Injuries Reported
In the Admiralty district of St. Petersburg, Russia, streets have been flooded with boiling water due to a communal emergency. According to preliminary reports, 2 children, 1 employee of the Emergency Situations Ministry, and several passersby have been injured.
The footage also shows that a vehicle has fallen into the street due to the accident. The prosecutor's office has initiated an investigation.
