Legal Entities Must Submit Annual Declarations

According to legislation, all legal entities, regardless of organizational-legal form, are required to submit an annual declaration regarding beneficial owners to the state register of legal entities.

A study has revealed that out of 117 registered but unresolved parties, only 7 have submitted declarations about their beneficial owners.

The Ministry of Justice once again warns legal entities that failure to comply with the established obligation or improper compliance may result in administrative liability.
