Iran Ready to Provide Military Technical Assistance to Armenia, Vardan Voskanian
Iran is ready to provide military technical assistance to Armenia in the context of a crisis in relations with Azerbaijan, Iranian expert Vardan Voskanian stated on Telegram.
He referred to Iranian electronic resources that circulated graphics showing the steps that Tehran is prepared to take.
“Accordingly, Tehran plans to conduct military exercises and drills, issue warnings to Baku through diplomatic channels, sign a bilateral military agreement with Armenia, carry out limited military operations with UAVs and missiles, support the Armenian army with weaponry, and provide logistical assistance through military advisors,” Voskanian wrote.
It is noted that at the end of March, Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs demanded explanations from Azerbaijan regarding its anti-Iran cooperation with Israel.
