Students Can Visit Cultural Institutions for Free with Last Year’s Tickets Until August 31

The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia has announced that museums, theaters, and concert organizations included in the school subscription program will continue to accept students with tickets printed in 2022 until August 31, 2023, inclusive. Additional information regarding the issuance of tickets for 2023 will be provided to the ministry.

The school subscription program is designed for students and teachers in grades 1-12 of state general education schools. The implementation of the program allows each student and teacher to gain free entry once during the academic year to three cultural institutions: a museum, a concert hall, and a theater.

The aim of the program is to promote the connection between schools and cultural institutions, and to contribute to the artistic education and aesthetic development of children. The program started in November 2018. Initially, it only involved visits to museums, while from 2019, theaters and concert halls also joined the program.
