According to the Russian Investigative Committee, the explosion in a café on Vaska Street in St. Petersburg has been reclassified under the article concerning terrorism. The agency states that the planning and organization of the crime were conducted from within Ukrainian territory, and Trepova is said to be a supporter of the FBK (Anti-Corruption Foundation). More than 30 people have been injured as a result of this tragedy.
