Medvedev Responds to St. Petersburg Cafe Explosion
Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, commented on the explosion that occurred at a cafe in St. Petersburg, which resulted in the death of military commentator Vladlen Tatarsky. He stated that Russians should report to security services about any cases of Ukrainian financing in the Russian Federation. Medvedev's words were quoted by his assistant Oleg Osipov in an interview with RIA Novosti.
“If someone has told you that they are receiving money or work from Ukraine, then there is a great likelihood that this person has embarked on the path of treason. And they have already committed a criminal offense,” quoted Medvedev's remarks.
Medvedev also expressed condolences regarding Tatarsky's death and wished a speedy recovery to those affected by the emergency incident.
It is worth noting that an explosion occurred at the “Street Bar” cafe in St. Petersburg. The blast resulted in the death of military commentator Vladlen Tatarsky.
