Armenia Hands Over Citizen Who Breached Iran-Armenia Border
Armenia has handed over to Iran a citizen who breached the Iran-Armenia border. This was reported to ArmeniaSputnik by the National Security Service.
On the night of March 22, Russian border guards apprehended the border violator in the Meghri area, who swam across the Araks River (from the Iranian side to the Armenian side) and climbed over barbed wire. According to sources from the media outlet, this individual is an Afghan citizen.
