VIDEO: Fire Tornado Emerges in Transbaikalia Region

A fire tornado has formed in the steppe near the village of Rudnik Abagaituy in the Transbaikalia region. A witness filmed the event, and the footage was released by the Chita.Ru news agency.

"The video should be shown across all of Transbaikalia so that people understand how terrifying wildfires can be. During such a tornado, the fire consumes everything like in an oven, devouring everything, and there is no way to stop it," said the witness.

The steppe fire was extinguished on the morning of April 2, causing no damage to residential areas or shepherd camps.
