Tragic Incident in Mexico: Two Dead After Hot Air Balloon Catches Fire

A hot air balloon caught fire in the Teotihuacan archaeological site in the State of Mexico. This was reported by El Universal.

The couple aboard the balloon fell from that height and died. A 13-year-old girl, reportedly their daughter, was also injured. She was admitted to the hospital with first and second-degree burns, as well as a broken right arm.

Preliminary data indicates that the hot air balloon ignited mid-flight. The State of Mexico's prosecutor's office is conducting an investigation.
