No Second Wave of Mobilization: Russian Armed Forces General Staff

“I want to assure everyone that the General Staff does not plan a second wave of mobilization,” announced Vladimir Tsimlyanskiy, spokesperson for the organizational-mobilization department of the Russian Armed Forces General Staff, during a press briefing on the spring conscription on Friday.

“Those already called up for military service, as well as citizens who have voluntarily expressed a desire to participate in the operation, are fully sufficient to fulfill the assigned tasks,” he stated.
