Fire Alarm on Freedom Avenue

Auroranews has received reports of a fire breaking out on Freedom Avenue. This information has been confirmed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia's rescue service.

On March 31, at 14:05, the National Crisis Management Center received a call regarding a fire at the address of 24 Freedom Avenue, in the sports hall of the Academy of Security. A response team consisting of four firefighting units, one ladder truck, and an on-duty group from the Firefighting and Rescue Operations Organization Division has been dispatched to the scene under a complexity rating of '1 BIS.' According to preliminary information, the fire started in one of the rooms of a six-story building, covering an area of approximately 300-400 square meters.
