Accident: Car Crashes into Gas Pipe Entering House Window, Injuries Reported

An accident occurred on the road descending from the Erebuni municipality towards the railway station. According to an Auroranews correspondent, a car hit a gas pipe, which then penetrated into the window of an adjacent house. Following this, the vehicle collided with a tree.

Photos show that the area has already been cordoned off. The police are working at the scene to clarify the circumstances of the accident.

As reported by shamshyan.com, a Toyota Camry vehicle veered off the roadway at the intersection of Sasuntsi David and Muratsan streets, collided with a basalt curb, continued forward, struck a support of the gas pipe, and ended up on the pedestrian sidewalk, hitting a tree.

According to the website's information, two individuals have been transported to the "Erebuni" medical center with bodily injuries. Bystanders, police from Yerevan’s precinct, and an emergency medical team provided first aid to the injured on-site before transporting them to the hospital.

Preliminary information indicates that the driver of a Ford vehicle was responsible for the accident, having created a hazardous situation for the Toyota driver, which led to the crash. The Ford driver did not flee the scene and underwent a sobriety test, confirming that he was sober.
