Vardan Ghukasyan Publishes Document, Responds to Vladimir Gasparyan's Statement
Former military police officer Vardan Ghukasyan has responded to a statement made by former Chief of Police of Armenia, Vladimir Gasparyan, during a court appearance, where Gasparyan claimed that he had "expelled Ghukasyan from the system."
"Gasparyan has made a false and fabricated statement. I ask you to look at my service record, which states that on January 21, 2014, Vardan Ghukasyan was released from service in the Police of the Republic of Armenia based on a written report I initiated. I will submit this document to the court as evidence, proving that Gasparyan has lied in court by saying that he expelled me for immoral conduct," Ghukasyan stated, attaching a photograph.
