Kourtney Kardashian has come under intense criticism after posting a photo on Instagram. The 43-year-old reality star shared an image taken in a bathroom, which includes food items, some of which are on the toilet.

The controversial photo shows a bathtub surrounded by a large amount of food dishes on a blue tiled floor, including a covered toilet. Commenters were quick to express their disgust, with one writing, “Eating in the bathroom is disgusting,” in response to the Poosh founder’s post.

The image features hamburgers, a plate of strawberries, cucumber salad, pieces of chicken, and several desserts. Next to the bathtub, there was also champagne.
