France to Double Military Spending: French Ministry of Defense

French Minister of Defense Sébastien Lecornu has announced that the French authorities aim to double military equipment production by the end of 2023 and accelerate delivery times.

Earlier, France announced its cooperation with defense industry companies to expedite and increase the production of ammunition necessary for both Ukraine and its own army, as well as to resume the production of approximately 20 types of strategically significant munitions within its territory.
