Footage: MPs Clash with Hands and Microphones in Tense Situation at Georgian Parliament
In the Georgian parliament, not only are statements being thrown around, but microphones as well, as reported by Sputnik Georgia.
During the discussion of the new "Defense Code," tensions escalated between ruling party MP Sozar Subari and opposition member Tariel Nakaydzey. As a result, more MPs joined the confrontation, with Viktor Japaridze, a member of the "People's Power" public movement, striking Nakaydzey in the back with a megaphone.
Following this, the tension continued to mount, and later, ruling party MP Levan Mgaloblishvili threw a microphone at the opposition member.
