Xi Jinping Invites Putin and Mishustin to China

The President of China has announced that he has invited Russian President Vladimir Putin to China this year. Xi Jinping has also extended an invitation to the head of the Russian government to visit China as soon as possible to establish closer ties.

China's leader, Xi Jinping, stated that he chose Russia for his first foreign visit after being re-elected as head of state, as it aligns with historical logic, according to RIA Novosti.

He emphasized that the Russian Federation and China are major powers and strategic partners.
