Video: 'Where is that peace? Just tell us where to go, is it in Jermuk, in Kapan, where is it?' Khmoyan
On January 25, Agnesa Khmoyan, a member of the 'Armenia' faction, sent a letter to the Secretary of the Security Council requesting a date and time to go and familiarize herself with the Armenian side's proposals for the peace agreement. However, according to Khmoyan, there has been no response to that letter so far, as she stated in the National Assembly.
“Where is that peace? Just tell us where to go, let's see! Is that peace in Jermuk, in Kapan, where is it?” Khmoyan said during the announcements hour in the National Assembly, addressing the representatives of the ruling party. “Is that peace in the area where an Armenian soldier was captured just hours ago, where is it?” the lawmaker added.
