Azerbaijan Aims to Instill Despair and Powerlessness Among Artsakh Residents: Artak Beglaryan

Azerbaijan seeks to instill despair, helplessness, and a tendency to flee among the residents of Artsakh through blockades and other heinous crimes. This was stated by Artak Beglaryan, an advisor to the State Minister of Artsakh, on social media.

“However, instead, the overwhelming majority of Artsakh's residents are gaining additional psychological resilience in the face of uncertainties and dangers. A decent, secure, and independent life in our homeland remains an unwavering goal and value, while the fundamental means of confronting and fighting existing challenges is living and working in Artsakh.

Thank you to every Artsakh resident who has chosen and consistently applied this means of struggle,” he wrote.
