VIDEO: The Luxurious Interior of Hovik Abrahamyan's Mansion

The transactions related to former Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan's mansion, located across from Victory Park, continue despite the house being involved in two criminal cases.

According to "Hetq," a modification has been made to the sales contract of the mansion, stating that the buyer must pay the majority of the property's value by the end of 2024, instead of the previously set date of August 1, 2022.

Additionally, "Hetq" has obtained photos depicting the interior of the mansion, which has been constructed by Hovik Abrahamyan's family over several years. The house, located at 1/6 Freedom Square in Yerevan, was built by the former Prime Minister's family. The owner of the mansion was the former official's son, Argam Abrahamyan. Last year, in 2022, he sold the house to the wife of a newly emerging businessman, Narek Nalbandyan, named Lilith Petrosyan.

According to civilnet.am, the price of the transaction was 2.5 billion drams, with an advance payment of 48 million drams, while the main portion was to be paid by Narek Nalbandyan's wife to Argam Abrahamyan by August 1, 2022. However, the businessman's wife failed to pay the 2 billion 452 million drams by the stipulated deadline. Therefore, on February 8, 2023, a change was made to the purchase agreement.
