Turkey Halts Refueling and Servicing of Russian and Belarusian Aircraft: Media

Turkey has halted the refueling and servicing of Russian and Belarusian aircraft. This was reported by Говорит Москва.

The aircraft in question are US-made Airbus and Boeing models.

According to the Airporthaber portal, this decision was made by Turkey's Ministry of Customs and Trade following a letter from the US Department of Commerce's Industry and Security Division.

In January, The Wall Street Journal reported that Washington had demanded Ankara prevent Russian airlines from receiving Boeing aircraft.
