Today, on March 16, the National Assembly of France will hold the final vote on the pension reform bill, which has sparked waves of protests across the country. The bill proposes to raise the pension age to 64 years.
According to the television channel, citing governmental sources, Macron met with Prime Minister Élisabeth Borne at the Élysée Palace on Wednesday evening. BFMTV reported that during the meeting, Macron stated that if the vote fails, the National Assembly could face the risk of being dissolved.
