VIDEO: "Remove the patrols quickly and connect them to the military institute," Gegham Manukyan to the Minister of Defense

Currently, the National Assembly is holding a session of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security. Present at the session are also the Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, and the Director of the NSS, Armen Abazyan.

Deputy Gegham Manukyan from the "Armenia" faction told Papikyan that the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Institute should regain its status.

"Remove the patrols quickly and connect them to the military institute. I’m serious because when a future officer sees that 24% of the patrol vehicles acquired two years ago are out of order, it seems to him that everything is fine. Removing the patrols will significantly change the moral and psychological atmosphere," noted Manukyan.
