Member of the 'Citizen's Decision' alliance, Mikael Nakhapetyan, has written:

“The materials of the case have been published very selectively and poorly, but as I understand it, those arrested in connection with the COVID case were responsible for examining the condition of patients in hospitals and for discharging them. They went to examine, saw that the person is not in intensive care, whereas according to the papers, they should have been in intensive care, and nothing followed from that, because according to the committee, there is a connection between the forger and the deputy minister coordinating the examining commission.”

“Now, Arsen Torosyan says, ‘These people have no connection to money; their job was to discharge patients.’ Yes, but have they seen that the person whose name is written as ‘intensive care’ is not there, or did they not check?”
