VIDEO: Man Opens Fire on Jehovah's Witnesses in Hamburg, Commits Suicide; Several Dead and Injured

A man opened fire on visitors at the Jehovah's Witnesses center in Hamburg. This was reported by the RTL television channel.

Law enforcement is working at the scene. According to the television report, when the police arrived at the crime scene, gunshots were heard from the upper floors of the building. Subsequently, the body of the alleged perpetrator was discovered there. This information has not been officially confirmed.

According to sources within the law enforcement agencies, the police believe that the man who fired on people at the Jehovah's Witnesses religious organization's center committed suicide.

Meanwhile, the DPA agency reports that Hamburg law enforcement considers this crime to be “mass murder motivated by fanaticism.”

Gunfire erupted on the evening of March 9 at the Hamburg Jehovah's Witnesses center. Initially, there were reports of 6 fatalities, but later the number of victims rose to seven. More than 20 people have been injured.
