Armenia Refuses Quota for Deputy Secretary General of CSTO
Armenia has decided to refuse the quota for the position of Deputy Secretary General of the CSTO. "Yes, we have submitted the relevant proposal to the CSTO," stated Vahan Hunanyan, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, in response to a related question.
