International Investigative Group Should Be Deployed to the Scene, French MP on Azerbaijani Diversion
International investigative group should be deployed to the scene. This was stated by French MP Anne-Laurence Petel on her Twitter page, commenting on the terrorist act carried out by Azerbaijani diversants, which resulted in the death of three police officers, and left another officer with a gunshot wound to the chest.
"I condemn the unacceptable ambush that claimed the lives of three police officers in Nagorno-Karabakh. Azerbaijan must respect the decision of the International Court of Justice and ensure free movement through the Lachin corridor. An international investigative group should be sent to the scene," she wrote.
It is noted that in the area known as 'Khypalu' in Artsakh, three police officers were killed on the morning of March 5 from the fire of an Azerbaijani military diversion group: Lieutenant Colonel Armen Mayori Babayan, Major David Valerii Danielyan, and Lieutenant Ararat Telmani Gasparyan. Another officer, Lieutenant David Ashoti Hovhsepyan, sustained a gunshot wound to the chest and is currently in the Republican Medical Center.
