VIDEO: Araik Harutyunyan is terrorizing the people of Artsakh, says MP
“I also ask Araik Harutyunyan—what is the purpose of your questioning?” said Gegham Nazaryan, a member of the Armenia bloc, responding to 24News's question regarding the intent behind Artsakh's President Araik Harutyunyan's remark about integrating with Azerbaijan during the Security Council meeting.
“It is clear, right? We know what Azerbaijan dreams of. Why is the leader of Artsakh voicing Azerbaijan’s aspirations and desires? Isn’t that a question we should ask?” he noted, adding that he would rather have the inquiry answered by Harutyunyan himself.
“He is there to solve those issues; he is the President of Artsakh, not the president of some union of Armenians in a certain region of Azerbaijan. Instead of making such statements, he should be quietly addressing those security concerns,” the MP stated, then added, “How can you keep 120,000 people in fear? If you don’t agree, they are preparing to use force.”
