Photos: Trees Broken, Roofs Collapsed. What Damages Were Caused by Yesterday's Wind?

Yesterday's strong winds caused significant damage in various administrative districts of Yerevan, including Kentron, Shengavit, Davtashen, Malatia-Sebastia, Nor Nork, Erebuni, Kanaker-Zeytun, Nork-Marash, and Ajapnyak, as well as in the cities of Gyumri, Abovyan, Tsaghkadzor, Hrazdan, Kapan, Alaverdi, Stepantsminda, and Vanadzor. Damages were reported to building roofs, advertising panels, and many trees were uprooted.

Rescue teams carried out work to secure damaged structural elements of roofs, dismantle hazardous structures, delineate affected areas, and cut down fallen trees.
