VIDEO: Clash and Scuffle Near Government Building During Pashinyan's Convoy Arrival

This morning, ahead of the Government's regular session, at the entrance of the Government building on Melik-Adamyan Street, where Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's convoy was entering, a commotion broke out as two men were passing through the area, seemingly in a rush to work.

Moments later, over two dozen police officers, seemingly under a single instruction, rushed towards the citizens, leading to a scuffle and shouting. According to 168.am, “One of the police officers stationed at the entrance of the Government building instructed the citizens to stop, likely due to the noise raised by the convoy and police. The citizens probably did not hear the order and took just a step forward. Subsequently, the police attacked the two citizens, demanding they stop and questioning where they were going.”

“The police and security staff started yelling at the citizens, and afterward, more than thirty police officers emerged quickly from the buses parked near the Government building and sprinted towards the entrance. Without clarifying the circumstances, they began to pull the citizens aggressively,” the news outlet stated.
