The network notes that Michelle Obama's name has been mentioned ahead of the Democratic Party's recent presidential primaries, despite her having repeatedly denied any desire to run.

MacKinnon believes that if current President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris do not run, the former First Lady could become a leading candidate, and Democrats might try to persuade her to enter the race. President Biden had previously stated that he is not yet prepared to make a decision about running for the 2024 presidential election.
