Armenian Director Arrested in Moscow Released; Details
Moscow's Vnukovo Airport saw the release of director Arthur Aristakesyan, who was arrested earlier this morning. His lawyer and colleague have confirmed the news.
On Tuesday morning, police detained him at the airport as he was preparing to travel for vacation. His acquaintances suggest that this may be related to his anti-war stance and posts made on social media.
Neighbors of Aristakesyan reported to the 'Говорит НеМосква' Telegram channel that around 6 a.m., police attempted to force their way into his apartment, threatening to break down the door.
It remains unclear whether any formal charges have been filed against him.
