A Horse Worth Over $18,000 Owned by Kadyrov Stolen

In the Czech Republic, it has been reported that a purebred English horse was stolen from a stable in the village of Krabčice, located in the west of the country. The horse, named Zazu, belongs to Chechnya's leader Ramzan Kadyrov. This was announced by the Czech publication Idnes.

The animal is valued at approximately $18,000 (1.36 million rubles). According to Czech law enforcement, the theft occurred on the night of March 4. The intruder was able to remove the chain from the door with a carbine and take Zazu away. The Czech police announced that they are intensively searching for the horse thief.

The source details that since the imposition of Western sanctions, Zazu and several other horses located in the Czech Republic have been included in the list of Kadyrov's frozen assets. It was noted that a month before the outbreak of war in Ukraine, two Russian-speaking men attempted to transport the horse from the Czech stable to Poland, but the facility's owner did not allow them to do so. The horse was purchased in 2012 and has won numerous racing awards.
