Ukrainians Also Involve Mercenaries and Terrorists in Military Operations: Lavrov

During a meeting of foreign ministers from the Group of Twenty (G20) countries, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that weapons supplied to Ukraine by the West are appearing in other conflict zones around the world.

“There have also been reports of the ‘leakage’ of weapons supplied to Ukraine by the West to other hot spots in the world,” Lavrov said.

He accused the West of forming a “new hotbed of extremism in Ukraine” since 2014, adding that alongside significant arms supplies from the West, Ukrainians are involving mercenaries and terrorists in military operations.
