She called it an 'unfortunate incident.'

Following this, Kylie Jenner shared a photo of her and Hailey Bieber's eyebrows in her Instagram story and captioned it with the same phrase: 'This is an unfortunate incident.'

Selena's fans interpreted this behavior as mockery directed at the singer. They referred to Kylie and Hailey's actions as 'cruel mockery.'

Despite Kylie denying such claims and insisting that her actions were not directed at Selena, the army of the singer's fans proved to be more powerful.
