Ralph Yirikyan Appointed as CEO of Ucom

The Board of Directors of Ucom, a telecommunications company in Armenia, announces a change in its chief executive officer. The company informs that the Board of Directors of Ucom and the outgoing CEO, Ara Khachatryan, have reached a mutual agreement regarding the transfer of leadership responsibilities while continuing to support the company.

Ralph Yirikyan has been appointed as the new CEO of Ucom.

During his tenure, he managed to make Ucom better by improving the quality of services provided to customers and enhancing the operational efficiency of the company," said Gurgen Khachatryan, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Ara Khachatryan has held the position of CEO since April 2020. Under his leadership, Ucom recorded the highest profitability in fixed broadband services to date, all while ensuring the fastest market share growth among competitors.

"It was a great honor and responsibility for me to serve the people, subscribers, and Ucom team as CEO. Together, we entered a period of unprecedented growth while remaining committed to our core, human-centered values and mission.
