Arriving in Baku on a working visit, the Russian Foreign Minister met with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev yesterday.

It is noteworthy that Lavrov's visit coincides with the first anniversary of the signing of the Declaration on Allied Cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Azerbaijan at the highest level on February 22, 2022.
