Unidentified Flying Object Over Saint Petersburg, Fighters Deployed
According to the Flightradar service, commercial aircraft are avoiding Saint Petersburg. Earlier, Russian Telegram channels reported that Pulkovo Airport has been closed due to an unidentified flying object.
Aeroplanes are circling over the city, and they are not landing within a 200 km radius.
The Telegram channel "База" also reports that fighter jets have taken to the skies over Saint Petersburg, and a "Ковёр" plan has been implemented in the city. The "Ковёр" signal is issued when there is an illegal border crossing or the emergence of an unidentified flying object.
