Turkey Shaken Again by 5.3 Magnitude Earthquake
Turkey is shaken once again. Azerbaijani news outlets report this, citing information from Turkey's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD). According to their data, the epicenter of the earthquake was located at a depth of 7 km, near the city of Bor in Niğde Province. There are no reports of casualties or damage.
Meanwhile, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre notes that another earthquake, measuring 4.9 in magnitude, had its epicenter at a depth of 10 km, 40 km away from the city of Aksaray.
According to the latest statistics, there have been 44,218 fatalities due to earthquakes in the country.
