Health Minister Anahit Avanesyan made this statement during a briefing with reporters following a government meeting, addressing potential health impacts on the population from the exploitation of Amulsar.

According to the minister, the use of new technological methods will ensure the safe and standard-compliant operation of the mine. “I assure you and am confident that all necessary examinations have been conducted and are ongoing, and will be strictly enforced throughout the process,” the minister stated regarding the consequences of the mine’s operation, adding that they regularly provide their assessments on this matter.
