PHOTOS: What are Pashinyan and Aliyev Negotiating? Ashotyan Publishes a Document

Armen Ashotyan, the Vice President of the Republican Party of Armenia, has published a document on his Facebook page regarding the negotiations between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan over the Artsakh issue in Munich.

"Scandalous document. How are Nikol and Aliyev collectively deceiving us? What mechanism is Nikol using to completely surrender Artsakh? What are they actually negotiating behind our backs?" he wrote on his Facebook page, sharing the document in both Armenian and English.
