Is There a Flower Thief in Yerevan? Shop Windows Broken

On the morning of February 20, around 9 AM, the Arabkir police received a report that a flower shop on Komitas Avenue had its windows broken and theft had occurred about an hour earlier. It was discovered that the incident had taken place overnight when flowers were stolen.

A criminal case was initiated regarding the incident. While law enforcement was working to uncover the crime, the Arabkir police received a second alert. An employee of a flower salon on Papazyan Street called at 1:02, reporting that the door of the salon had been forced open using technical means and flowers had been taken.

The operational-search activities of the criminal investigators of Arabkir quickly yielded results. It turned out that both thefts had been committed by a 38-year-old man. He was located on Aram Khachaturyan Street, arrested, and presented to the investigation department. The stolen items have been recovered. An investigation is underway.
