Earthquake in Iran with Magnitude of 5.3
On the morning of February 21, a 5.3 magnitude earthquake struck southern Iran, as reported by the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre. The earthquake's epicenter was located at a depth of 30 kilometers.
The epicenter was found 117 kilometers northwest of Bandar Abbas. There are no reports of damage or casualties. Earlier, we reported that on the evening of February 20, two new earthquakes occurred in southeastern Turkey. Tremors were also felt in Egypt, Israel, Cyprus, Lebanon, and Syria.
