18+ VIDEO: How the Head of Wagner Convincingly Recruits Prisoners to Join the War

“We need criminal talents. I myself have been imprisoned for ten years before becoming a hero of Russia,” said Prigozhin during a conversation with prisoners, stating whom he is looking for.

Prigozhin referred to his private military company, “Wagner,” as an “organized crime group with tanks, airplanes, and helicopters.”

According to Prigozhin, it operates under its own code, which differs from Russian laws.

“You will fight for half a year, and after six months you will receive amnesty. Additionally, during that six months, you will receive a salary of 100,000 rubles, and in case of death, a compensation of 5 million rubles,” said Prigozhin.

“The best candidates for ‘Wagner’ are individuals aged 30 to 45 who are serving their sentences in a ‘strict regime’ and are not first-time offenders. Preference is given to those who are serving 5 years or more or still have similar terms left to serve. Priority is given to those convicted of murder or robbery,” specifically stated the head of “Wagner.”
