15 German Police Officers to Monitor Armenia-Azerbaijan Border

The EU monitoring mission to observe the Armenia-Azerbaijan border will commence next Monday. This was announced by government spokesperson Steffen Hebestreit in Berlin.

According to him, 15 police officers from Germany will also be monitoring the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. The federal government is also proposing to send civilian experts.

In total, about 100 men and women are expected to participate in the EU mission, which is being led by the federal police of Germany.
